BREWER Jacob Ross "Jake" Brewer, Command Sergeant Major, Retired, passed away on Tuesday, July 5, 2011 at the VA Medical Center-Chillicothe a few days after his 87th birthday. Jake was born on July 1, 1924. Jake Brewer was a strong advocate of the American Flag and how to honor our country by pledging our allegiance to the flag, our country and our service men and women who fight for our freedoms.
