Dear Friends,
It is so sad to report to you that Jerry has been transferred to
Hospice of Northwestern Ohio. He made the decision with his family and close
friends not to undergo anymore kidney dialysis or treatment for the blood
infection. He is in room 121 if you would like to send him a card . The
