Junior Vice Commander in Chief Richard DeNoyer will be our National Representative at the January 2010 Mid-Winter Converence.
Junior Chief DeNoyer is a Life Member of VFW Post 1012, Medford, Mass.
DeNoyer served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1960-1982 including a tour in Vietnam.
